MissFits Boot Camp is a local, small business that offers personal and affordable fitness solutions for women of all fitness levels. MissFits is different from the big-box gyms in many ways!
By primarily serving women, MissFits Boot Camp offers an inviting, positive atmosphere where women are encouraged to explore their fitness and lifestyle potential. We recognize that each woman is unique, and each client is treated as a member of our family.
Each workout session at MissFits Boot Camp is based on the latest exercise research, focusing on functional fitness and contemporary metabolic training fitness programming methodologies. This method of training has proven itself to be the absolute best for fat burning, and strength and sports conditioning results.
A MissFits training session uses a variety of equipment; however, we do not use any machines. While we employ classic methodologies that include body weight exercises, free weights, resistance bands, battle ropes, suspension trainers, ultimate sand bags, kettlebells, stability and med balls, and the like, we also use cutting edge tools such as S-Drive Performance Trainers, Body Activation Systems, Gladiator Walls, Bulgarian Bags, and Rip Trainers, to make up our training tool arsenal.
In all we take advantage of nearly three dozen training systems in our workout program design. What we do is optimize each one of those systems, take the very best from each one and as use it as a tool to provide the best workout ever. Most likely, you haven’t even heard of most of these training systems.
Not to worry, our job is not only to put together the most effective workout possible, but to put together that workout in the most fun manner that guides you every step of the way so that anyone can do it.
MissFits workouts change continually and you will never repeat the same workout twice. Exercise Science dictates that we follow a periodization schedule to provide maximum effectiveness and prevent staleness thereby crushing plateaus. In other words, we don’t just throw a bunch of exercises at the wall and see what sticks… there is a method to our madness.
This is possible because we are experts at exercise progressions, regressions, and modifications and we are to meet each individual right where they are fitness-wise. That is why this IS personal training. We’ll get to know you, and you will get to know all the rest of us!

Here is a peek inside the gym. These are group personal training sessions where our Coaches demonstrate each exercise, but do not workout with you, as is the case with most big-box gym exercise “classes” as if you’ve learned anything.
This allows the Coach to be closely involved in helping you perform the exercise properly, while providing motivation and encouragement. This not only protects you from hurting yourself with improper movement, it insures you get the most out of your workout.
It’s just like hiring a personal trainer – which is very expensive. However, in a group environment, you receive that personal training at a fraction of the cost of hiring a personal trainer.
