Our Women’s Group Personal Coaching Sessions are Monday – Friday at 5:45am, 9:30am, 5:00pm, and 6:30pm. There are 2 additional sessions (8:15am and 3:30pm) on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Family/Coed Sessions Mon-Fri 7AM and 3:30PM, Mon-Thu at 7:45PM. The Friday 6:30PM is family/coed, as well.
There is a women’s session on Saturday at 8:30am. Family/Coed at 10. Obviously, women are able to choose from ALL session times including Coed.
The workouts last 45 minutes (except for the Saturday Sessions which are 60 minutes).
